Most people don't get a lot of help figuring out Medicare. They get a flood of mail starting around age 64, a few suspicious phone calls, and a vague sense that they're supposed to know what to do. The system has Parts and letters and windows and penalties, and the people who do understand it tend to talk about it in jargon that doesn't translate to anyone outside the industry.

Clarity65 exists to do something different.

We're an independent Medicare brokerage that meets people where they are — on the phone, in plain English, without pressure. We work with adults turning 65, people already on Medicare who want a second opinion on their plan, and adult children helping a parent. We get paid by the insurance carriers people enroll with, so working with us costs families nothing.

That's the model. It's not new. What's different is the care we take with how we treat people.
